Conditions(s) Removal:
To allow for the phased approval of reserved matters, enabling the addition of self-build plots to the scheme. Each self-build plot would then be addressed as its own phase.
2 - No development shall commence within any phase on the site until approval of the details of the site layout, scale, external appearance of the building(s) and landscaping of that phase (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") has been obtained from the Local Planning Authority. The first application for approval of the reserved matters shall be accompanied by a phasing plan for the whole of the site.
4 - No development shall start within any phase until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the buildings hereby permitted within that phase have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
